Marketing Nation MacBook Air Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Effective from 19 June 2025

1. Promoter

   Enterprise Nation Ltd, (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

   Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or over at the date of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Enterprise Nation and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

   Opt-in to the new Marketing Nation email list via the link provided in the re-consent email between 19 June 2025 and 23:59 PT on 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”). One entry per person. No purchase necessary and no fee payable to enter.

4. Prize

   Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Apple MacBook Air. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 1 July 2025 using a random-draw process. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If a winner fails to respond, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Publicity

   Winners’ first name, last initial, and state may be announced in a future Marketing Nation newsletter and on social media. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for such limited publicity.

7. Data Protection

   Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the draw and, where consented, delivering the Marketing Nation newsletter.

8. General

   We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize may be reported as taxable income; winners are solely responsible for any taxes.

9. Governing Law

   This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County.
